Better4Life Training and Development was established in 2019 as a specialist learning and development solutions provider with a vision for a brighter future.

We love people. We love Africa. We believe that one action can change the world.

In today’s times, good news is hard to come by, but it does exist. Miracles actually do take place every day. From the young boy in a rural village, who reads a book about solar power and copies what he sees to recharge cell phone batteries with the sun, to a farmer in Tanzania who can feed her family because of sustainable farming, we see the anomalies. The saving, redemptive miracles that state:

Something can be done. Someone can break the cycle. An ordinary person can create hope for the future.

In all of these cases, we find a common denominator:

Someone or something was shared, and someone learned. Knowledge and skills were applied at the right time.

South Africa is facing many challenges. Like our African continent, we face the lack of skills and the lack of knowledge leading to enduring problems. In our country, two of the greatest threats are the unemployability of our youth and barriers to stimulating the private sector and pillars of commerce. Can we do something about this? Yes. If you believe that a curious young boy changed lives with solar power, and a mother changed lives by feeding her family through a drought. Yes. One action can change the world.

This is a continual journey of heart-work: aligning personal vision and passion to service-work.

Better4life provides customised solutions that are people-centric, socially rehabilitative and community developmental.
